WITHDRAWN applications will not allow applicants from editing their application. Application should have a status of 'DRAFT' or 'FINAL' to be editable.
To revert applications from WITHDRAWN status,
1. From the Manage Submissions dashboard of the program, select the withdrawn application
2. Click the Save button (DRAFT) or the Submit button (FINAL
