• On the menu, click on Admin Dashboard
  • On the Actions (last) column of the program list, click on A close up of a device

  • Click Manage Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website) 
  • In the table, check off the box to select the application/s you want to send the email to
  • Under the “Select Task” drop-down (right-hand corner), and click on Send Emails
  • In the new pop up window, select the email template you want to send
  • Click on Preview
  • Review the email (Sender, Recipients, Subject, Body)
  • Click on Send Email(s)
