- On the menu, click on Admin Dashboard
- On the Actions (last) column of the program list, click on
drop-down - Click Manage Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website)
- Find the application in the table
- On Action column drop-down (last column), select Download PDF
- In the new pop up window select the form you want to download
