• On the left-hand panel, under System Options, select Manage Users
  • On the Manage System User dashboard, search user by last name, first name or email address

Tip: Search Role: All to search through all user data

  • On the User list table, on the Action column click on icon
    1. In the new page select the Reset email button (top right of the Update Profile form)
    2. Enter the New email
    3. Click on Submit


Note: All submission record associated with the old email will be automatically assigned to the new email account.
