Tips to troubleshoot:
1. Clear the browser cache.
2. Try with a new browser
3. Reset password:
- Click Login button
- Click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your email used to register and submit. A new password will be sent to you.
4. As an admin, you may reset their password.
