- On the menu, click on Admin Dashboard
- On the Actions (last) column of the program list, click on drop-down
- Click Manage Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website)
- In the table, check off the box to select the application/s you want to send the email to
- Under the “Select Task” drop-down (right-hand corner), and click on Send Emails
- In the new pop up window, select the email template you want to send
- Click on Preview
- Review the email (Sender, Recipients, Subject, Body)
- Click on Send Email(s)
